Return Policy

Micro Nigeria does not allow Refunds or Returns.

Exchanges will be allowed only after scooter has been properly checked for complaints made and the following conditions are met:

1. Outer package (box) is intact without any damage
2. The plastic bag that contains the tools and manual is nicely cut at the top of the bag and not ripped
3. The label/tag/catalogue hanging on the T-bar of the scooter must be intact
4. The tyres must not have scratches on them for wear
5. Be careful when trying to assemble the product so as not to lose tools or cause damage to the box or the product itself.
6. If for any reason you have to exchange the item, it needs to have met all of the conditions above.

Assemble and check scooter carefully before removing labels or tags from the product for ease of exchange

Keep all bags, bubble wraps and plastic package in the outer carton
